Massage Therapy with Myofascial Cupping
Deep release. Restored mobility. Enhanced recovery.

This specialized massage therapy treatment combines traditional hands-on techniques with myofascial cupping to provide deep, effective relief from tension, restriction, and chronic pain. Myofascial cupping targets the fascia—the connective tissue surrounding muscles—to release adhesions, improve circulation, and promote faster healing.

Using negative pressure (suction), the cups gently lift the soft tissue, creating space and hydration in areas that feel tight, restricted, or overworked. When combined with therapeutic massage, this approach helps to break up fascial restrictions, flush out metabolic waste, and increase range of motion.

Perfect for athletes, active individuals, or anyone experiencing stiffness, poor posture, or chronic tension, this treatment is both restorative and deeply therapeutic.

Benefits may include:

* Release of myofascial restrictions
* Improved muscle recovery and performance
* Enhanced blood and lymphatic flow
* Decreased chronic pain and inflammation
* Greater range of motion and flexibility

Each session is tailored to your comfort and therapeutic goals.

Experience a holistic, one-on-one approach to healing that empowers you to take an active role in your own well-being. These sessions are designed not only to support your physical, emotional, and mental health, but to help you build strength, increase awareness, and release superficial strain from the inside out.

Rather than treating symptoms in isolation, this method invites you to reconnect with your body, breath, and inner wisdom—so you can become your own best guide. Whether you’re recovering from injury, navigating chronic pain or stress, or simply seeking a deeper sense of balance, each session is customized to meet you exactly where you are.

Treatments may include a blend of yoga, breathwork, guided relaxation, hanna somatics, myofascial release, traction, massage, cupping, and techniques based on Critical Alignment Therapy.

My love for movement began at the age of 3 when I stepped into my first Tae Kwon Do class. By 13, I had earned my black belt, and at 14, I was teaching in my small rural community. Around that same time, I began volunteering at the Boys and Girls Club, where I discovered my passion for helping others.

I initially pursued social work in university, believing it was the path to make a difference—but it was there that I discovered yoga, and everything shifted. In 2017, I became a certified yoga instructor, followed by training in Cupping Therapy and Critical Alignment Therapy in 2018. I completed my Massage Therapy diploma in 2019, continuing my journey into therapeutic, body-based care.

Over the years, my passion has evolved into a holistic, whole-person approach to healing. I’ve always seen myself as a rehabilitative practitioner—someone who empowers others to listen to their bodies, build strength, and release tension in sustainable, intuitive ways. I don’t believe in “fixing” people—I believe in helping them remember how to heal themselves.

Alongside my bodywork practice, I’m deeply passionate about women’s health, hormonal balance, and nervous system regulation. I believe true healing happens when we come back into relationship with our bodies—through movement, rest, food, and rhythm. My love of plants and cooking is a big part of that. Nourishment, to me, isn’t just what we eat—it’s how we move, breathe, connect, and take care of ourselves every day.

My mission is to support you in coming home to yourself.
