Atman Wellness

My love for movement began at the age of 3 when I stepped into my first Tae Kwon Do class. By 13, I had earned my black belt, and at 14, I was teaching in my small rural community. Around that same time, I began volunteering at the Boys and Girls Club, where I discovered my passion for helping others.

I initially pursued social work in university, believing it was the path to make a difference—but it was there that I discovered yoga, and everything shifted. In 2017, I became a certified yoga instructor, followed by training in Cupping Therapy and Critical Alignment Therapy in 2018. I completed my Massage Therapy diploma in 2019, continuing my journey into therapeutic, body-based care.

Over the years, my passion has evolved into a holistic, whole-person approach to healing. I’ve always seen myself as a rehabilitative practitioner—someone who empowers others to listen to their bodies, build strength, and release tension in sustainable, intuitive ways. I don’t believe in “fixing” people—I believe in helping them remember how to heal themselves.

Alongside my bodywork practice, I’m deeply passionate about women’s health, hormonal balance, and nervous system regulation. I believe true healing happens when we come back into relationship with our bodies—through movement, rest, food, and rhythm. My love of plants and cooking is a big part of that. Nourishment, to me, isn’t just what we eat—it’s how we move, breathe, connect, and take care of ourselves every day.

My mission is to support you in coming home to yourself.
